Photo Upload terms and conditions
By submitting a photo image through the Hawai‘i Pacific University MyPhoto Upload web site, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not proceed with the image submission.
If you choose not to proceed, you will be required to visit the Registrar’s Office at the Downtown Campus (UB Building, Suite 216) or the Educational Technology Center located on the Hawai‘i Loa Campus (AC Building, 3rd Floor) to have your photo taken and your ID produced.
This Photo Upload website is provided by the Registrar’s Office of Hawai‘i Pacific University and its third party suppliers. We may update these terms and any changes will be effective immediately.
About HPU UniCard
The HPU UniCard is the official ID card of the University and is managed by the Registrar’s Office. The HPU UniCard is the property of Hawai‘i Pacific University, and its use is governed by the University's regulations and policies.
How we will use your photo image
The digital photo image that you submit via this website will be used to produce your HPU UniCard. The HPU UniCard is proof of identity and provides access to facilities. Everyone is granted access to various facilities and rooms on campus using your ID, including Student access to the residence halls. This access is based on the approval given to you by that facility. The ID is required to gain access to certain services of the University Libraries (Atherton Library and Meader Library), the Learning Commons, the Student and Faculty Lounge, the Educational Technology Center, and the Tutoring Centers.
Other uses of your image
By submitting this photo for your student ID, you agree this photo may be used by Hawai‘i Pacific University.

Hawai'i Pacific University does not guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the Photo Upload System. We cannot guarantee that this system will be compatible with any specific hardware or software. We reserve the right to suspend use or access to this system at any time, for any reason.
HPU UniCard Policies:
- HPU UniCards are the property of Hawai‘i Pacific University.
- Lost cards must be reported to the Registrar’s Office.
- The card holder is responsible for the cost of a replacement card. Please check the HPU Tuition and Fee Schedule for the cost of a replacement card.
- Unauthorized use, sharing, alteration or duplication for any purpose will result in immediate confiscation of the card and may result in disciplinary or legal action.
