Is there a charge for the MyPhoto ID?
Hawai‘i Pacific University MyPhoto Cardholder is issued the first card at no charge. Subsequent cards issued to the same cardholder due to loss, theft, damage or name change will be considered replacement cards and are subject to a fee of $15.00.
What is the smallest size file I can upload?
JPEG file format with a minimum picture size of 310 pixels x 370 pixels
What happens if the photo I supply does not meet the requirements specified by MyPhoto?
Your application for a MyPhoto ID will be delayed. You will receive an email indicating the reason why the photo is not acceptable and will have to either re-upload another picture or visit the Registrar’s Office or Educational Technology Center to have your ID manually produced.
How do I get a replacement card?
If you lose your card, immediately go to the Web Center and select "DEACTIVATE CARD."
Replacement card fee is $15.00.
You can Express Order a replacement card if you have the necessary funds available in your Account.
Use the online Express Card Replacement Order form. Once the form is submitted, you will be charged $15.00 (from your Account). If you do not have the necessary funds in your Account, you will have to go in person to the Registrar’s Office or Educational Technology Center, request a replacement card and pay in advance. For additional help and information on lost ID's, the Registrar’s Office is located in the UB Building, Suite 216 and can be reached by phone at 808-544-0239.
